MBD Virgin Active useless service

I would really love to know why Virgin Active is having MBD calling my girlfriend on a daily basis but never phone me. Every time I phone them I speak to a person for 2 seconds and they hang up on me. Also, why are they saying I’m in arrears when this account was closed YEARS ago. I need to speak to a manager not one of these useless agents that love to press the hang up button. Don’t you dare call me without bringing facts.
