Mbd inc virgin active

Hell people...mbd inc?multiple emails sent and requests for a full statement and settle amount....nothing recieved...i had a problem few YEARS ago to make a payment on virgin act account and im being hassled eversince by *********** phone calls so now they expect me to pay interest on that 400 odd amount that equals to over 2grand almost three?help would be much appreciated.
