MBD harrasment
<p>Good day all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Id like to be assisted on one issue im having regarding MDB and Virgin Active. This issue started in 2015 whereby i was having some financial issues and made an arrange with Virgin Active regarding payment. I had told them that they should give me 3 months and i will pay everything on the third month, which i did just that. A lady from virgin avtive call center called and arranged that a derbit order must go off the following morning for the arranged payment that i had made with them, which it did exactly that. Later that day i got a call from MBD telling me that virgin active had handed over my account to them due to non payment. which i told them that i had just closed that debt yesterday and my account is up to date. But their call kept coming day after day, sometimes even two calls at a time will come through, they even went as far as deducting money from my account. I then reversed the funds paid to Virgin Active demanding explanation and blocked MBD from accessing my account. Virgin Active couldnt give me an answer, MBD keeps avoiding my request of statement. They keep on saying they sent it but i dont get it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then requested they sort it out with virgin active as i dont owe them any money, i even went to virgin active to sort this matter out which i was told that they will sort it out. 2016 came by and they were still calling me and now they telling me that all their calls and smses are being charged and that i must pay. Even today they still call and SMS me even after i told them i wont do anything up till they sort out the issue with Virgin Active. I refuse to pay a cent till this whole thing stops. I still have a bank statement from the day i paid virgin active and still they carried my account over to MBD.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont even understand how can i be billed R28 for a low quality VOIP (Voice over IP) call. like really.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active please get this sorted. I am not the only one complaining about MBD out here...</p>
