MBD HARASSMENT

<p>What a disgusting year it has been Virgin Active & MBD! (I will be complaining to you assholes too.)<br /><br />I have phoned in over a year ago to cancel my Virgin Active contract. I was told over the phone that it was cancelled. THAT's IT!</p> <p>No one tells me that I might have to sell my kidneys to afford their ****ty cancellation fees and GO IN and tell them again what I told them over the ****** phone.<br /><br />No one follows up with me. <br /><br />A month later, I get a call to say, that my card will still be active for another month, as Virgin Active would like to offer me a free month of training to try and pursuede me to join again. I DONT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING.<br />WELL WHAT A LOAD OF BULL****!<br /><br />Two months later MBD calls me every single day to ask me for R 2000 something. SERIOUSLY?!</p> <p>And I have explained this to managers and consultants and call centre agents beyond note. I am so sick of this I can hurl. I will not pay a cent towards this unworthy cause.<br /><br />I am always told I need 'proof'. <br /><br />Well, they can go suck it.<br /><br />Goodluck phoning me all your life!</p> <p> </p>
