<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Your agents called in respect of my account. I agreed to settle the debt and made an arrangement to pay on 25 August 2017 the full amount via debit order. I requested that I be sent a statement of account which reflects the full amount and confirm the debit order as arranged.
