Massive 30% increase in fee unexplained

<p>I have written several times to Virgin Active about my Classic Collection membership. I have been what they call a 'legacy' member and have been one of the founding members of their Classic Collection Gyms. I am ok with fee increases every year but this year the fee increased by 30% and no one at Virgin is able to explain why. Through my own investigation I ahve established that all Classic members have been moved to same fee strucutre which is probably the reason which means that there is no reward for being a long supporting member of Virgin.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats more is that the new ordinary gyms are in fact better than the older Classic gyms which I frequent meaning that I am actually funding the buidling and maintenance of Classic Gyms I dont actually even visit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just would really be nice for someone from Virgin to come back to me.</p>
