Managers lack of Service and non existant Security of Members vehicles- Ballito VA

<p>A fitness staff was rude to me and inconsistant with an incident in one of the studios on the 16 August 2016. I obtained the Managers(Marco Marais) details from the receptionist and sent him an email on the 21 August. He did not respond. I sent him another email on the 23 August asking him to acknowledge the email. Marco still did not. I loged a complaint on the Virgin Active web and eventually a consultant called Ferouz called on the 24 August and informed me that she spoke to Marco and that he promised to get back to me soon. HE HAS STILL NOT CONTACTED ME. I called Ferouz again in Friday at 11:40 am and left a message with Thando as Ferouz was out on lunch. Ferouz has not returned my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequent to this I left a mesage at the reception of Va Ballito on Fridayay ( 26 August 2016)for Marco to call me.</p> <p>He has still not returned my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday at 4:15pm my vehicle was broken into on the Virgin Active premises whilst 3 Enforce security guards were "guarding" the vehicles. I have opened a case at the SAPS Umhlali . The manager on duty Keletso took down my details and said that Marco will call me. I doubt this will happen as it has not happened for over 2 weeks!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I request a meeting with the Regional Manager of Virgin Active to address the Managers lack of managing and attending to customer complaints. Also I would like to know what is going to be done to safe guard members and their belongings on Virgin Active premises. </p> <p> </p> <p>Soon to be ex-members of Virgin Active after 16 Years of membership.</p>
