Manager on duty wants to lose clients

<p>Virgin Active SA Having the "manager on duty" for Virgin Active Key West telling you that it is fine if you want to cancel your membership and move to another gym. Absolutely useless client service. Is this how you treat clients that have been active subscribers to your gym for years?</p>
