Manager drops ball

Eastgate Virgin Active was atrocious this morning! I got there ready to do a serious swim workout...guess what...they said I couldn't exercise cos it was their time to clean the pool....why at this time?? Manager comes 10 min later. Consults with the guys cleaning...comes back and says...Sorry. Manager unable to make decisions...shame. No customer oriented Manager...able to make business decisions without labor
