Management? What management??

What is the use of lodging a complaint if "management" does not address it?

Numerously I have lodged a complaint about the maximum the studio can handle for zumba at SUNNINGDALE CAPE TOWN and management's reply was that they are waiting for feedback from head office! Needless to say, no fedeback. Promises were made that they would implement a ticket structure and that only the first 50/55 people would be able to attend class. Nothing has been implemented and as many as 70 people attend class most Tuesday evenings. The instructor says that you could burn A LOT of calories, but this is not possible if it is over crowded and you could not even lift your arms or kick without touching someone! The most important factor is if the studio must be evacuated and then total chaos will break out and I think that this is against health and safety regulations. I now pay extra to attend private classes which is an extra financial burden, because Virgin Active does not give attention to this matter.

I have also lodged 2 complaints regarding use of the aircon, mentioning that the door is not unlocked to use the aircon and after requesting 3 times, I still had to leave the class to go and search for someone after 25 minutes! This is after the instructor already had to leave the class to find someone, who in any case, did not do his job! Why is reception there if they can't do their job to call someone to unlock the door? ( Up to date, nobody contacted me regarding this issue!)

Please Sunningdale, I would love answers!

I am sorry to hear that numerous complaints have not been resolved and that no feedback has been given. I will escalate this to our regional director and email you confirmation. Regards, Dave
