Lying Virgin Active Contracts

How many people is struggling with this problem. I was never in a virgin active to sign a contract some rep"Younis"come to my place of work in N1 city all asking me to join the gym and I said"no"telling him I will only be in N1 for 3 more months so I will not be able to sign a 24 month contract, I going to work as a coach in 3 months time in Blue Downs area and I will have gym facilities available there for me aswell.

So Younis there rep said no that's no problem I can sign a 3 month contract aswell then I will be in good shape when I start coaching again and that's where there rep Younis started his lie to me and I said yes that will work for me.

It's now 5+ years till today they called me about this contract i owe money for after me also going into the N1 City virgin active branch telling the manager about the lying rep Younis and I ask the manager to fix this problem and still its not fixed and I told this manager why will I sign a contract that I know it will cost me more to go to the gym pertol wise than for more to attend the gym asking him will he do and the manager also said no it does not make sense and like I said I did not go into a virgin active to sign a contract they lying rep come to my work place.
