Lying salesman

I signed up last month and was promised a free gym bag.Obviously a sales tactic.Up till today,I have not received this bag from the Broadacres gym,where a salesman named Thapelo signed me up.He keeps making excuses and lying about the status of the delivery of it.I am so disappointed as Virgin Active is supposed to be one of the best gyms in this area.
