Loyalty and years of paying mean nothing to VIRGIN ACTIVE SA

Virgin Active was a place I visited on a daily basis and raved about their equipment and staff...been gyming at Virgin since before they changed to Virgin, in the days of Health and Racquet without any bad experiences ever. Unfortunately, this was shattered 2 week ago and took their "LEGAL DEPT" to destroy a good relationship by not even considering loyalty and finding out the "whole" truth...very distraught at the attitude of the "NEW" way VIRGIN ACTIVE handle their members. By looks of other complaints, I am not the only victim of ill justice.
