Loud music at Virgin Active Kings Park

I write on behalf of a group of fellow gym goers at Virgin Active Kings Park, Durban.The club had recently introduced music on the open stretch area during exercise classes. Very often the music is unacceptable loud and when I approached the day manager "Kyle" yesterday was told that it is the new trend adopted by the club and permanent speakers are going to be installed as this practice will be permanent. If this is true, we like confirmation from VA head office so that we can consider our options in respect of future patronage at the club.
