Lost property

Greenstone virgin active I left an item of clothing in the change room. I phoned reception about 30 minutes after I left to ask them to please ask the cleaner to go into the change room and pick it up and put it in lost and found for me. The lady on the phone said "that is against company policy". Sorry what!?!?!? What kind of company policy states you can't assist a paying customer!!!! Incredible! She says I must come back and look for it myself or take a chance that it makes its way to lost and found. Wow how terrible is that customer service! The only policy I am breaching is clearly you laziness policy whereby you can't be bothered to help me. I will take this compliant to head office
