Long Awaited refund. As we continue to wait...

These guys were great until i wanted to cancel my membership. I still await my refund after 2 months now of them promising to refund me for the month they charged which i had cancelled. First i called to cancel 0n 9 sept 2020, then the guy i spoke to did not activate my cancellation and refund even after we both agreed, then i called to follow up and spoke to Akhona on ref *** but i still have not received my money. It is now 2 Nov 2020.
