Little guy means nothing

I joined Virgin Active to be able to mix with other like-minded individuals and to go have a relaxing workout after or before work. Not to get to the Gym and it has been taken over by a bunch of overseas rugby players who thinks they own the place. This is very unprofessional from Virgin Active and the least they could have done was sent out a SMS or Mail informing their usual members that a bunch of overseas rugby players is going to occupy the facility. They have no respect for the normal members of the gym and take over the facility as if it is their own personal home training ground. It is really pathetic from Virgin to not inform us if this is going to happen so we can plan accordingly. These guys use all the equipment in the gym and have no considerations for others. Why are you losing membership? Because you guys do not care. We spend our hard earned money to use your facilities. NOT to be second in line when we want to go train to a bunch of overseas air heads! Someone needs to explain where their loyalty lies!!! To their clients, or catering for something that they are not capable of managing.
