Lies!!!

When I first signed up, I was told lies about what to expect at the gym. Firstly I was told that they will be looking into getting a Generator soon. Half a Year later. No Generator.

Next concern I brought up before signing up. I told my sales agent that the gym is overpopulated. He said that they will be looking into expanding but for now. "Fight for your spot". It is almost an Entire Year later and they have still not look into expanding. At what gym is it needed to fight for a spot?

And the final and most unprofessional. I informed my sales agent before hand that I was looking into getting a month to month. And he signed me into a 2 year contract without letting me read the fine print or mentioning it is a 2 year contract.

I am just disappointed. From the start till the end. It feels like this gym is Unprofessional on several levels. I was also dragged into a argument where 2 people argued over who will be my sales agent. Where I got calls after hours. And in the middle of meetings where I can hear them debating in the background. I got everything. from private whatzapps to calls. And it feels like a childish debate over 1 new client.

I think at that point. I should have realized the sales agents will only say whatever makes us sign the contract so that they can achieve the goal. And for that reason and poor management I doubt that I can regain my trust into Virgin active again.
