Lie about club transfer fee!

I've been with VA many year and recently changed clubs ,the operator told me it will be R70 ,only to receive a notification of R270?? When I took it up with accounts they are not willing to help me , I am going to close my membership with them ,after all the year only to receive such utterly **** service from them!!
