Level 1 excuses and price hike!

I was sold a Premier package for R600 a month last year August 2020, which is already expensive - but justified with the fact that I was able to go to most Virgin actives across the country (excluding the collection ones) When going to a virgin active (broadacres) I was informed that with immediate effect (ofcourse Level 1 is the favourite excuse now) I am only able to go to 1 particular branch unless I pay an extra R300 a month! I have not received one email about this nor did I sign a contract stating that this would be the case. If this is the case I'd like to cancel my contract with immediate effect and no extra charge, shocking Virgin Active. No words!
