Lenasia Virgin Active is pathetic

Virgin Active, Lenasia is pathetic!! the condition of the place is beyond belief. Dirty, smelly, aircons hardly working, machines not serviced on time, gym equipment lying everywhere, maggots in the pool and not one staff member on the floor. No assistance at any given time. The hygiene standard has deteriorated beyond belief since the new club general manager was appointed. We pay exorbitant rates (the most actually, in comparison to other gyms) but we are not getting the service level we expect! There has been numerous reports from other dissatisfied members,however nothing is improving. Should we all cancel our memberships and go elsewhere? then some action will take place?
