Lenasia virgin active has staff with very bad attitude

For the passed 2 years we are battling with my daughters membership. Everytime we get to the front desk we have a problem with her card and her membership. 2 years later amd almost everytime we are at the front desk we get told the acc if in arrears and get sent a link to do payment which we always to.Today I learnt that the HR lady Violet made a very insulting statement.
