Lenasia branch

I am so tired of the virgin active lenasia branch everything in the gym is not working constantly if it's not the aircon it's the pool or machines are not working the cherry on top the classes they do not cater for people who work I mean after 6pm not 1 class isnt that peak time so exactly what am I paying for???? This is becoming so frustrating as i just joined again now regretting it big time
