Lelethu call center agent rude please train your stuff to be proffesional

I called into the virgin active cancellation call center spoke to Lelethu, who only provided her name after i asked her to. She gave me an attitude after i asked her not to call me darling and to be proffesional and call me by my name which gave to her first thing on the call. This is not the first time i am getting an attitude from the call center their service is appauling.
