Legal action to be taken

I get a call from a the sales manager from the Sandton branch at 6h30pm to give me nonsense and no explanation as to why they debit my account unnecessarily and no help what's so ever. The staff at virgin active is *********** and looks like they have no training as they don't know what they doing if anyone can assist me, on how I can now take legal action
