Leaking toilet

Writing on behalf of my mother. She is a member of Virgin Active Kimberley. A toilet in the ladies restroom has been leaking for 2 years. The matter was brought to the manager's attention but to date nothing has been done. It's disturbing in terms of the general water crisis, not only in Kimberley, but country wide. Please can you address the matter.
