Leadership at Virgin active Carlswald ?

Good day,am not happy the way I was treated at Virgin Active Gym Carlswald, first I was with my two kids on the Machines(stationary bike), they where not even a meter away(Sunday). This guy called Mokete I don’t this is a good leader , I told me stop finishing 10 minutes work out then we can talk how stupid is that , can I get a refund for this day?(petrol,and membership fees), when I arrive at 07:00 class for 8 year old was not open and I was waiting for that to open. Why do we get someone to threat us like that and he said we must leave the gym? This is a good Leader or is just black on black out of hand? If he continues to treat people like that in a long you you lose customers, we need to respect other no matter what position. What not stupid to wake up so early and spend petrol and time to go to the gym and meet a leader like that please.
