LADIES BATHROOM UNHYGIENIC

My name is Maritza and i am an active member of Virgin Active Greenstone. I am highly concerned with the state of the female bathroom, they are very dirty and this is unhygienic to all the ladies in the gym. Please may this be addressed on an urgent basis!!
