Lack of service

My contract has ran out and i have been trying to call virging active with no luck or two months now to officially cancel my contract. I will start to reverse the damn debits because their head office call centres ar nothing but nonsense, im forever holding till tge call end by default, i will not pay a cent more because of your staff incompetence
