Lack of maintenance and no performance.

Rustenburg Virgin Active has had no air-conditioning for three days now, I have spoken to the staff this morning and was informed that no one has even attended to the issue for three days now. Maybe Virgin Active Rustenburg will take the necessary steps in corrective action if a few people faint as result of heat stroke, ending up with worse injuries as result. Maybe get a better qualified manager and have a preventative maintenance program implemented to prevent the reoccurrence. What really ****es me off is the fact that staff is telling members that the problem is receiving attention and they are busy in resolving this matter. All studio doors are open, each having its very own sound system, deafening and frustrating members in every part of the floor areas, members walk in and leave as soon as they realise the air-conditioning is STILL OFF!! This is Rustenburg guys, this place gets ****ing hot! the fact that the inside pool creates a more humid atmosphere makes our training sessions to say the least very unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend Virgin Active Rustenburg to any of my friends and relatives. I challenge Virgin Active management to visit the Rustenburg branch and experience first hand the lack of maintenance, discipline and cleanliness of this facility.
