Lack of maintenance and cleanliness

Maintenance and cleanliness of Virgin Active Ballito is almost non existent. Equipment has been sitting for weeks and months on end with issues on them such as not working or certain things broken. I do not even think the aircons are working correctly either. You can complain about these issues to the staff to which the usual reply is "okay we will have a look at it" or "the Maintenance people are coming this week". The toilets are disgusting with pee on the floors and the wall tiles pulling away from the wall.

The gym fees are not cheap compared to other competitors and therefore one would expect the equipment and cleanliness to be of a high standard but it is not.
