Kyalami Virgin Active *****S money from my account

Since covid the V club closed accounts frozen. Around April/May last year I head from 4 years old the V club would be open. 2021 the group exercise timetables changed and no longer suited me. Around mid 2021 I canceled my membership.....V club was still frozen. Towards the end of 2021 KYALAMI VIRGIN ACTIVE decides it still wants to ***** my money for monthly debit order. I emailed them to tell them to reverse the transaction. They said they would reverse. I emailed 2 if not 3 more times and still....Feb 2022 they have not returned the money they stole from my account. This is disgusting and ridiculous. Return my money WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
