Kloof Virgin Active a disgrace to the brand.

Signed up to via Central Sales for the Kloof branch in KZN. Visited the branch to finalize my membership. Thandeka, really could not be bothered. Staff have no idea of the device or the device charge you are paying for, all you literally get is shrugged shoulders and rolled eyes. Ask for a sales or club manager, none on site, a promised phone call, still waiting. New member, think you would be showed around the facilities or some level of introduction. Nothing other than if you want we will show you around. As if you are doing me a favour. That team could not get me out the door faster. Kloof had and absent uninterested team, who don't know their product, couldn't care about the customer and no management presence. Then you get told you should not of signed up with central sales.....guess of they don't get the comm, then you are a second grade customer.
