Kids membership are bull****

We as members have to pay full membership for our children, they are not allowed to do anything. A staff member told me to stop training and supervise my son while he is on a bike, really? Why are there staff members? Aren't they suppose to supervise so that we can train? And the staff member printer the rule book to hand it to me, but I never see any other member that don't follow the rules get handed a printed copy?

I can't cancel my kids membership coz of contract and they can't train either, this is utter bul****!!
