Keep the client first and consider adapting
I really enjoy the fact that I can gym in most virgin actives because I am a national member. I also took up a club V membership for my 10 year old daughter. Initially I would sign her in at club V (as per the rule that a parent has to personally sign in their child) and gym at strubensvalley. I later signed her in but walked to virgin active Red (which by the way is approx 300meters from the strubensvalley gym). At the Red I enjoy the fact that I don't have to queue for gym equipment and its more modern.

Unfortunately, I have been told that I can't sign in my daughter at club V and go to Red (300 meters away) because the RULES don't allow it!!! I feel really disappointed that despite the rules (which I agree are meant for the safety of my child) a little discretion is not app****. I gym with my cellphone in my pocket so that in case of emergency (God forbid) the staff at strubensvalley can reach me. The gym manager was polite when she told me of the rules and she did promise that she will pick the matter up with executive management.

All I'm asking is to sign in my daughter at club V and walk to Red (300 meters away) , do my 45min work out and come fetch her from club V.
