Keep deducting after contract cancelled

After my contract expired, i decided to cancel with Virgin, and started at a new gym. I have phoned and emailed 3 times because they STILL deduct my money every month. I cancelled in August.... they now owe me 4 months' premium, and they NEVER get back to me!!!!!
