Karlien, Chris & Joshua - Virgin Active The Sanctuary TOP STAR RATING

I am very impressed with Virgin Active at The Sanctuary, I signed up but my membership card had some issues and when I reported it it was immediately sorted out. I got a call from I think it was Chris or Joshua two days later to find out if my card issue was sorted. Well done guys, you are top class staff.

I also want to compliment the receptionist, KARLIEN, who saw me sitting on the edge of the treadmill after a harrowing workout (I was in a bit of bad shape of years not going to gym) and she walked up to me to find out if I was okay and if I needed anything. Thank you Karlien, I appreciated the concern.

If I could give Chris and Joshua and Karlien at Virgin Active The Sanctuary a 100 Star rating, I would give them that.
