Karabo Mthombeni virgin active consultant poor poor poor service

I’ve been dealing with Karabo Mthombeni since last year and the service has been appalling.

I was meant to get two months free, it was a fight and a hassle to eventually have the 2 months written off. I was told that for the membership would be R630 for 12 months but suddenly my account is being debited with R680. Don’t deal with Karabo Mthombeni. He is the worst person to deal with. He ignores phone calls and messages. Promises to sort things out and months go by with the problems still persisting. He ignores WhatsApp messages. Just honestly has no concern about assisting and helping his clients. Don’t deal with this person please
