Just as bad as Virgin Mobile
<p>Seems you've decided to promote the same terrible service that made Virgin Mobile loose so many customers? </p> <p> </p> <p>I got this passive aggressive sms this morning regarding payment of my account. </p> <p>1St I'm given a 1month voucher as a welcome gift that you refuse to honour... Now this? </p> <p> </p> <p>I was already considering canceling my account with you and going back to my old gym, but if this keeps up its gonna be sooner rather than later.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have NO intention of being treated as poorly by you as I was by Virgin Mobile! </p> <p> </p> <p>I used to really recommend your gym, but after all this I'd honestly actively discourage people from using your facilities! </p> <p>I used to think dealing with your constantly overcrowded facilities, dated equipment or the lack of certain proper weightlifting equipment ( let alone some consistency on the equipment available) was the only real drawbacks. </p> <p> </p> <p>But now I'm starting to think the real draw back is how poorly your treat your members! </p>

I was told MBD lawyers was contacted,
Yet I received another SMS stating the following:
CRITICAL: VIRGIN ACTIVE acc is still outstanding. Call MBD INC. on (011) ********** to discuss. Ref: ********** ********** 43
This is not on. This is becoming case of harassment! Needless to say, once I'm done canceling my contract ( which has now become a matter of WHEN and no longer IF) I'll be sure to get it in writing from them that my account is settled and closed!
Virgin has officially destroyed all trust I had in their brand!
1St Virgin Mobile pulled this same stunt. Then Virgin active decides not to honour the 1 month free membership I was given as a joining gift... And now Virgin Active decides to start harassing me with their lawyers when my account is payed up.
And then even after speaking with Robyn, confirming my account is up to date and confirming he contacted MBD, I still get smsed like this?!
Fine, I'll just log a negative review here for each sms from now on in, fair?
