Joining Fee
I used to belong to Virgin Active Reds Mall in Centurion but moved to Ballito and could not justify riding 50km per day to go to gym as the was not a gym in Ballito, a gym has now opened and I have been in to see them as well as call their head office and they have told me that since I cancelled my contract with them its not their problem I have to pay the joining fee again -they will not listen when a person tries to explain why one had to stop going to the gym - it this just a money making racket for them or do they just not need the business.

29 Jan 2015, 15:47Hello lisar,
Thank you so much for taking my call today.
On behalf of Virgin Active I would like to apologise for the experience you have encountered at our club.
As discussed, I have explained that the activation fee is a requirement of Vitality and Virgin Active has no influence when it comes to reinstating a Vitality benefit.
I trust you will have a great day further!
Regards
Robyn
