John Vilakazi The Centurion Branch Bails Bridge Branch

I'm leaving my complaint here however it feels totally discouraging, noting that Virgin Active as a brand does not respond to any hellopeter complaints as evidence below. Drear Mr. John Vilakazi the manager at the Virgin Active Centurion Branch this complaint is directed to you and your superiors. I entered the club this morning with my wife, after scanning in, the turnstile locked up and I got caught in it. I lifted my leg out of the turnstile after almost tripping, thinking it was a malfunction, I did not pay it any notice. I went straight to the change room, I was stalked by a man when exiting the changeroom who said you cant jump the turnstile I asked him who he was he said the club manager John Vilakazi. I said to him I did not jump it, I scanned in go and check the camera footage. He denied my claims. I said it would better if you as the manager asked if I am okay as the customer rather than accusing me of wrong doing. He then proceeded to argue with me telling me that I am wrong and he is right whilst at the same time being rude to my wife. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a so called club manager. I have been going to this gym for over 10 years and I have never felt so disrespected. The way I feel I want to move to a different brand all together and do not feel comfortable attending a gym with someone like this at the helm. This complaint will most likely fall on deaf ears on this platform however I will take this as far as it goes until I receive a response or God forbid an apology.
