I have never encountered a more useless, *********** downright special needs admin system. Being on hold for 45 minutes, debit order not going through for 6 months, suddenly being approached during gym because I owe them money and then THEY realize, "Oh, whoopsie we're illiterate and *****ed up the admin when typing in the details. Oopsie whoopsie."

Downright deplorable admin.
