It's how you finish that counts...

I had rising feelings of irritation when 6 weeks ahead of time I notified the STeenberg branch that I needed to transfer my two sones off my wife's account (which I was closing) onto my own. During the notice period I checked in with the gym and they said it was still not done but was "probably" sitting with Vitality. Well the new month came around and my son consistently was denied access at both Steenberg & COnstantia gyms. Irritation at ineptitude quickly escalated, until finally somebody took ownership of the issue and not only resolved it, but exceeded all my expectations! Congrats needs to go to Thalia Choolan from Steenberg and clearly the GM who needed to intervene. You guys made lemonade out of the lemon. NICE!
