It seems you’re a member till death. They don’t want you to cancel your membership

I can’t cancel my membership. I called a while ago to cancel and the consultant offered an option of paying R190 until end of contract. I paid R190 for 3 months….my contract was 2 months left till cancellation. Did they not debit the full amount in the 4th month and say no it was a 3 month arrangement? When I ask them to pull the recording of the call between myself and that consultant they don’t want to and they keep debiting my account. And they keep renewing my membership without my permission. They said they’ll pull the call and get back to me…that never happened
