It is a nightmare to cancel my Gym contract

We cancelled our account and the lady I spoke to in the call center told me that it would be R 1080.00 to cancel both accounts. My husband was sent links to then paid R 810.00 for my account and R 927.00 for his account to end the contract. I am demanding a credit for my account. The first time I spoke with someone in the call center and she sent me an email with the amount of R 720.00 to cancel the gym contract. When asking to speak to a team leader, the excuse is that they are always busy.
