I have to tried to sort this out for almost a year and their service is a joke. I can’t even count how many people I have spoken to and been passed on to. Pathetic! I cancelled my membership in April of 2023 with my last debit order going off in May of 2023. Around August 2023 I started receiving phone calls for outstanding amounts for July and August. I don’t know how many times I need to tell them that I don’t have a membership!! They continue to harass me for payment and when I tell them I don’t have a membership,half of them don’t know what to say. Thank goodness the card on file expired,because after reading reviews here,they’re ******* as well. *********** is an understatement. STAY AWAY!!
