Interfering Staff and Unresponsive Manager

<p>Was at your Greenpoint club on Wednesday 13th, hitting heavy bag with a friend. Cleaning staff was vacuuming in the area and kept looking over his shoulder, laughing and shaking his head. He'd stare me right in the face and laugh until my friend asked him why he's laughing. He then mimicked the action of hitting the heavy bag. About 30 minutes later we were at the Kuai upstairs and he came there to vacuum as well, staring at me and laughing until I confronted him. He then stopped. My friend was also confused as to why he was still laughing and staring at us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned the club and complained about this incident to the manager on Thursday 14th. He said he'd review the footage and provide an update. He never did. It's unacceptable for staff to interfere with members, and then have these incidences be treated with nonchalance.</p>
