Insufficient aircon and ventilation

There is a constant battle to have the aircon in the spinning studio sufficient enough for spinning. There are no windows to open for ventilation, and the doors MUST be closed during a session. Staff 'forget' to put the aircon on before the first spinning session of the day. Yesterday (4 January) I went spinning at 17:30, in a heat wave with the temperature being 38 degrees. Everyone was complaining of the studio being too hot and asked (including me) to adjust the aircon accordingly. I was told they do not have 'PERMISSION' to do so and may only adjust the temperature with ONE degree... Meanwhile, we struggle to breathe
