On Monday, 11th December 2023 I sent a whatspp message to this number *** - this is for Silverlakes, Pretoria Virgin Active. Needless to say I have not received a response nor an acknowledgement of receipt. You have the number displayed for us to voice our complaints and yet you don't bother to respond - is it just a formally or the manager buries his/her in the sand hopes that they will disappear? The message reads as follows: "Hello I am not happy with the fact that the Monday instructor for Grid, 5:15am class has been changed. Mpho build that class and some us enjoyed it because he understood his Monday morning clients. Kopano must also start from scratch and build her own class. Mpho is good at what he does. Why do you like fix things that are not broken? If that class was not well attended, Kopano would not have been eager to take it over."

I believe that I am not the only member who has raised the concern above and you guys seem not to be listening. You better pull up your socks there is a Plant fitness that will be opening soon - less than a kilometer at Corner Solomon Mahlangu and Lynnwood Road. It won't be a difficult decision to just switch clubs. Sort this issue out asap please.
