Injury - Lack of accountability by Virgin Active

I was injured in a club, purely due to the negligence of the club's maintenance team who packed loose bricks in the bathroom to keep freshly installed tiles in a secure position. If I fell off a treadmill it's my own stupidity but loose bricks on a bathroom floor is a different discussion, paying only for medical bills incurred is not taking accountability, its sweeping the matter under a carpet, very disappointing.
